Erweiterung Europakreuz

Das Europakreuz am Feuerkogel wurde 13. Mai 2025 feierlich um Steine aus Bulgarien, Kroatien und Rumänien erweitert. Damit sind nun alle EU-Mitgliedsstaaten im Europakreuz vertreten.

Autumn is an exciting time on the Feuerkogel, because while the days are still sunny and warm, we start preparing for winter and positioning the fleet of snow cannons.

After the winter season, the Feuerkogel undergoes an inspection, this year the 6-yearly inspection (technical check) of the cable car's drive.

When it comes to fall, our crew will be off to mow. Why do we do this? Because mountain meadows become overgrown and overgrown within just a few years if they are not cared for.
